Created for a client's daughter's wedding celebration (for the day after Thanksgiving) , this cake was so fun to make! It was a white but er cake, filled with strawberry preserves and whipped white chocolate ganache, iced in Italian meringue buttercream, and covered in fondant. The mums are made from gumpaste. The actual cake is located ion the bottom box. All of the lids and 2nd tier are made from Styrofoam!
