Precious Gifts

Created for a client's daughter's baby shower, this white butter rum cake, filled with strawberry preserves and whipped white chocolate ganache, iced in italian meringue buttercream turned out great! I made the baby a week ago and she was a bit scary when laying on my counter and almost didn't make the cake! It all came together in the end! Congrats to Noemi and her little girl!!
